In order to serve the Lebanese and foreign contractors in a proper way and to spare them loss of time and multiplicity of resources, the Lebanese Contractors syndicate has created a databank charged to :

	Establish and maintain a documentary fund responding to the contractors aspirations.
	Search, provide and follow up the evolution of essential information related to the Contracting sector.
	Compile and classify multiple data in a homogeneous frame for specific research.

The Department now endowed by numerous documentation is ready to provide and respond to all queries related to the following subjects or other eventual requirements especially on or via the Internet:

	Public projects (Evolution of works, projects in preparation by different public administrations and ministries according to their schedules)
	Foreign contractors companies executing works in Lebanon
	Building materials (cost and suppliers)
	Construction cost for concrete works, materials and labor
	Machinery, vehicles and tools (Suppliers, Brands and products)
	Real estate (General Information)
	Qualification & Pre-qualification of Contractors
	Official Records and info on formalities in some public administrations and ministries in Lebanon.

The Department also endowed by economic data directly and continuously provided from different specialized and official sources (edited or non edited to public) is establishing figures on different economic indicators and especially those one related to the Contracting sector, these figures are also published in the Lebanese Contractors Magazine on a monthly basis.
